Terms of service

Perfume Theory House is a retail business based in Takoradi, Ghana, selling authentic luxury and niche fragrances online and in studio. "We", "us" and "our" refer to that business; "you" means anyone using this website.

• All prices are in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are added at checkout.
• An order is only confirmed once payment is received. Until then we don't hold stock for you.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a price was listed in error or if a product is unexpectedly out of stock — and refund any payment in full.

Every bottle is sourced through authorised channels. If anything you receive turns out to be counterfeit, you get a full refund and we'll cover the return courier — no time limit. See our returns page for the rest of the policy.

We aim to meet the timeframes published on our delivery page, but they are estimates — courier delays outside our control (weather, fuel shortages, address issues) can push them out by a day or two.

• One promo code per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Loyalty points are earned on the goods subtotal (not delivery fees) and redeemable in increments published on your loyalty page.
• Promo codes and points have no cash value and may be revoked if we detect abuse.

Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our liability for any claim related to your use of the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for harm we're legally required to remain liable for.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Western Region.

We may update these terms occasionally; the "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Significant changes will be communicated to registered customers by email.
