- Order before 1 pm for same-day Takoradi delivery.
- Orders after 1 pm or on Sundays go out the next morning.
- Public holidays follow the next working day.

Free studio pickup
Pickup from West Tanokrom, Takoradiis free and ready within an hour of payment confirmation during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 10 am – 7 pm). Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll WhatsApp you when it's ready.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking page at /orders/[your order number]. We update the status as the order moves — confirmed, packaged, on its way, delivered — and the rider's name and number once they're dispatched.
Failed delivery
If we can't reach you on the day, the rider will hold the parcel and we'll re-attempt the next morning at no extra charge. After two failed attempts we'll convert it to studio pickup or refund minus the delivery fee.
